Rabbi Laibel and Gitty Blotner are co-directors of Chabad of Mesa.
Laibel Blotner was raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. He received rabbinical training in Brooklyn, New York and Sydney Australia. He received rabbinical ordination in 1994, and is qualified to sit on a Rabbinical Court (Bet Din). Rabbi Blotner is the executive director of the Chabad-Mishnar teen program and is a renowned teacher and lecturer throughout the valley.
Gitty Blotner was raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. She graduated with honors from the prestigious Bet Rivkah Girls Academy. She has been teaching from a young age in numerous locations throughout the world including New York, France and Morocco. She hosts classes on a variety of topics including contemporary woman's issues, marriage preparation and Bat Mitzvah lessons. Gitty is the director of the Chabad of Mesa Hebrew School.
Rabbi and Mrs. Blotner are the proud parents of Tayna, Moshe, Mushka, Michel, Shimon, Levi, Dovid and Naftoli. They have called the valley home since 1998.
